ABOUT SOnja
Sonja Lyubomirsky is Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the University of California, Riverside, and one of the world’s leading researchers on the science of happiness. She is a graduate of Harvard and Stanford universities and the author of the bestselling book, The How of Happiness, in which she presents research on how individuals can intentionally increase their well-being. She also recently published (with Reis) How to Feel Loved: The Five Mindsets That Get You More of What Matters Most, on what people can do in their everyday lives to feel more connected and loved. Her work has been featured widely in major media outlets, and she is internationally recognized for her pioneering contributions to positive psychology.
